Have you had dessert? Maybe a WW or Skinny Cow frozen treat of some sort?

    What are you low on?

4oz red wine and 1oz of cheese :D

Or a hot chocolate with cream added

Are you hungry? If so, I'd have 2 poached eggs on a piece of grainy toast with some baby spinach. It night be a few cals over 200 but it will fill you up.

Or half a cup of rice with a small tin if tuna and some cherry tomatoes.

Or, if you want a treat - 200 cals worth of your favourite icecream or chocolate

If you're not hungry, save them for another day

If you have Greek yogurt eat that with some fruit. Or, save them for tomorrow.

The MFP community seems to have chocolate on the brain. :) Sounds like a good way to go- I think I have some Breyer's Chocolate in the freezer - it's awesome with some fresh strawberries on it.

(I don't want to save them because my net is under 1200 so far today. )

ohoh! I got this! If you want dinner...
Find Pasta Slims in the refrigerated natural section at the store. They are made by wildwood and have 20 calories PER SERVING. They look like pasta and only need to be dropped in hot water for a minute to warm them (you must do this or they smell funny. they are made of tofu and conjac flour, but they taste totally normal).
Put some pasta sauce on them and a little bit of grated parm. Have a green salad and a very light dressing on the side. Dinner! for under 200 calories!!

My choice would be either a small tin of spicy tuna or a handful of mixed raw nuts.

Can't go wrong with that in my world.

(edit hmmm, just checked the calories, 2 small cans of tuna then, even better ... and yeh, salad is always a decent option, leafy greens mostly :))

You can't save for another day; you have to be consistent daily. Doesn't work that way.

LOL, i dont think it works that way, that if you save ex amount of cals you can eat them next day LOL, But Chocolate does sound appealing.

Have some tuna, maybe a small salad with it. But stay away from the wine and chocolate. An poached egg and some toast might work, too. Smart Ones has a turkey dinner for 200. I have it for lunch occasionally.
