Not Hungry and Feeling sick

I've been trying to eat healthy, but I realize that over that last couple days, I have this dislike for the healthy foods I normally like. I love my spinach strawberry salads, but today I couldn't take the taste. I feel full all day, but I have this craving for sweet things or just weird things. I can't figure out why is that. Is it because I'm workout hard and my body is trying to make up for it? I have no clue why this is how it is. Hopefully I can figure it out and get back to eating healthy.

    My body does that too just before I drop some weight. If I eat, my weight stays the same. If I fight the cravings, i drop about 3 pounds.
