I know there's a challenge going on right now for this, but I just found it, and I decided it was a really good idea. I am not going to weigh OR measure myself for a month.

My husband bought a scale for our house, after I gave mine to his mom (um, hello? there's a reason I did that!!!) so I have been obsessively weighing myself every single day for two weeks, and I have GOT to stop it.

So I may need a little bit of "Back off the scale, Mary" kind of support. We'll see how this goes...
