Seriously CONFUSED!

Hi I am sixteen I dont need to lose too much weight (only about 5kg or12lb) my main gooalis to be able to run 5k by the end of my next school term (21st of September)
If you knew me you would know just how hard this is going to be ( infact if you knew me you would probably be dying of laughter right about now :P ) I amrediculusly unfit... not that I am a antisocial slob, I love being outside and hanging with my friends it's just the whole running thing I'm not to keen on :P
having a flatter stomache by summmer would be awesome too ;)
I have seen many different running programs and I am way confused!!! Does anyone have anything that has worked for them? also stomache excersises would be awesome :D

    Any version of C25K.

    Follow the instructions carefully: do not skip lessons or rest days.

    That should get you ready in 9-10 weeks, so by the end of September.
