Has anyone tried this workout plan by Flavia Del Monte? If so, what were your results?

Hmm I guess it isn't a very good one if no one has given any feedback.

I just ordered them and they seem solid but it's really on YOU to make sure you get all the exercises in etc. They are broken out by body part -- for example butt exercises, then arms and so on all on different workouts. I like the Jackie Warner DVDs the best, she hits it all in 30-45min and I can just follow along.

    Hi there,

I ordered this workout a couple of weeks ago and just did day one yesterday. Holey smokes, it's tough! She recommends to go through once without weights to get the feel but I did two sets with weights. I was definitely spent at the end of it and it felt great! I didn't time myself so I don't know how long the whole thing took. I usually prefer to pop in a dvd and follow along but this should work for a while. At the end, I went upstairs to shower and realized I forgot something downstairs. I didn't think I was going to make the trip down my stairs...my legs were shot! Talk about wobbly. I love it! Flavia does say point blank that to get the body you want you have to work hard. I can't tell you what my results are since I just started but I'm excited. I can't imagine not getting any results with it (unless I don't watch my diet).

I can't say about that one in particular, but I've followed some of her husband's workout programs in the past and they were pretty decent. Guy's one heck of a motivator and he knows his thing. I'm pretty sure it's at least an okay program :)
