Down 16 in first 9 days. What weighs 16 pounds?

Options
Went to the Doc today and weighed in and was down 16. Was shocked, but I am a big guy so no surprise if you look at percentages.

Doing 1500 to 2000 cals a days, low sugar and Crabs.

Anyway, I was thinking what weighs the 16 pounds that I am no loner carrying around?

A big bag of dog food?

Excellent job! The big bags of dog food I buy for my dogs weigh 40 pounds. ;) 16 pounds would be like a jack russel terrier.

    2 gallons of milk = 16 lbs.

    Great work!

Low sugar and CRABS is a new one... sounds like it'd get expensive ;-p

    Good luck with continued success!

LOL, I must have Crabs on my brain as they are running around everywhere here in the Keys because of all the rain has filled up their holes. I saw more than 10 just heading to the doc this am.
