Went to the Doc today and weighed in and was down 16. Was shocked, but I am a big guy so no surprise if you look at percentages.
Doing 1500 to 2000 cals a days, low sugar and Crabs.
Anyway, I was thinking what weighs the 16 pounds that I am no loner carrying around?
A big bag of dog food?
