Ripped in 30 - Meal plan????!

Is there anybody out there who has used the ripped in 30 meal plan while doing Ripped in 30?
I was thinking that I might start using it as a quideline for breakfast,lunch and snakes, but I wanted to know if anybody has used it before?

Who wants to do this with me and of course do ripped in 30 at the same time?

    I'm in! I just bought Ripped in 30 yesterday. I'm also just gonna use the meal plan as a guide...I'm not really gonna follow it.

    The meal looks reasonable. I like that she give you specific guidelines and tells you how to order the subway sandwich
