Any good tips for reducing my chest size?

3 months ago I bought a bridesmaid dress and it didn't fit AT ALL. Now I only have an inch or so before I can zip it up over my upper torso/rib cage. The wedding is 6 weeks away. If anyone has tips that will help me fit into my dress I'd appreciate it. I've never really thought about losing weight in that area, so don't know what sort of exercises will help.
Also, I lifting free weights to tone up my arms a bit. Do you think weight lifting will help or hurt my chest size?

Lifting with added cardio. From personal experience when I lose fat I always lose some in my chest. And I CAN NOT afford for that to happen much more or there will be none left. lol0

I'm talking about my around my rib cage more than my bust. I'd rather not lose anymore of my bust either, I love my boobs.0
