  • I had the Ab Circle for about 2 weeks, I did not like it and would not recommend spending the money on it. Sure you can get some sort of workout out of it but you really have to concentrate the whole time to make sure you are working the right muscles...It's not one of those things you can just do while watching TV, you have to really think about it to get a workout. I would not recommend it for the amount of money they charge you. Plus I only had it for a couple of weeks but it did not seem too sturdy. Hope that helped!
  • My ab circle was delivered last Friday. I've used it for four days so it's a bit early to tell you. My initial observations are:
    1. You do get a bit of a workout - hot and sweaty in two minutes.
    2. I am fairly fit and find that three minutes are sufficient for me - after that I start losing form and make jerky movements
    3. You can work other areas other than your abs, my arms and shoulders were very sore after the first work out. You can also use it to work your thighs and derriere.
    4. My husband has been using it too and he likes it - the three minutes are sufficient for a warm up before he does the weight training.

The ab circle comes with an eating plan but I chose not to follow it just yet. I am eating plenty of fresh foods (following a metabolism-balancing program) and water - I just need excercise to lose the few centimetres around my mid-section.

I will keep you posted on my progress... that should be incentive enough for me to use it!
    BTW, congratulations on your progress!
