Hi Everyone!

I wanted to post my success pics and would love for everyone to share theirs. I was miserable at my highest and couldnt imagine having a bigger obstacle than I had to work with. I was depressed and became a binger in my high school years. I lost all of my friends because of my mood, and pushed everyone away. My confidence came back and I have never been happier :)

I cheer on all of you to keep going because you will get there!!

    Awesome work and I will say the great thing about height is you look skinnier than what you are...I would have guessed 120's ;)

    The only thing that helped me was counting calories....otherwise you end up with the rule of "well it doesnt have a label, so it doesnt count"

    I am 5'10 and I'm just DYING to be 145lbs (that's my goal)
    I'm still a ways off, but you look amazing & I hope to get there shortly too (i'm currently around 167)
