Hey guys, I made this last night and it was amazing! Cheap, easy and a great low-cal alternative to regular pizza crust.

All you do is shred1 head of a cauliflower, add an egg, parsley, orageno and a bit of cheese into a bowl and mix.
Spread accros pan (I suggest covering your pizza pan with tin foil and then coat with cooking spray.)
Bake at 450 for 15 mins.
Then add sauce and toppings (i used spinach, mozza and sun dried tomatos)
Broil for 5 mins or untill cheese bubbles.

Delish!

I have seen this recipie and in the one I saw you are recommended to put the cauliflower in a bowl and heat in a microvawe for 8 minutes before you blend it with the egg, cheese and spices.
This is good and doesn´t taste like caulifower
