Too much protein?

Does anyone know if it's bad to go way over on your daily protein intake?

    I go over almost every day and I think it is fine. I personally think the protein level on here is too low.

    It does not hurt to go over a little on proteins. Mainly you don't want to go way over at each meal or eat a large amount in a short period of time. The levels on here tend to be kind of low anyway.

    I was told that you can never have too much protein. Your body mainly your muscle, that your body is trying to make needs protien. If I remember correctly, I was told that it's best to have some protein after you work out. Don't worry to much about it. I am new here but I don't think your always going to be "right on" so to be over by a little I don't think is a big deal.
