I actually made it not too long ago. Loved it. I used my pizza stone too. The bottom
wasnt as crispy but I loved it. I put a bunch of extra garlic powder (granulated) in
with the cauliflower mixture to add pizzazzzzz.... Loved it. Even my 5 year old
enjoyed. If I knew how to upload pictures I'd upload a pic. DELISH... if your a
low carber (if thats a word)

is the cauliflower raw when you 'shred' it...if so, how do you shred it? with a grater?

    Thanks for sharing this!!!
  • I just used a cheese grater when it was still raw and it worked fine but i have heard of other recipes calling for cooked califlower aswell.

I just started making this. I, too, microwave the cauliflower for 8 minutes to soften it. It does not taste like pizza crust, but makes a great low calorie vehicle for the meat/cheese.

I will probably cook some frozen cauliflower and make a personal size pizza.....im not sure my boyfriend would go for it so I want to make one for myself and have him taste before going through the hassle of cooking one big one.

I've been wanting to try this for a long time now.
