ok, Yesterday I worked my self hard during strength training. I am feeling it.
Tonight is my cycle class.
Terrified!!
I'm not sure if I will make it the whole hour.
I don't want to not go, and I don't want to go.
I need the strength to suck it up and just go, anybody got any strength that can lend me???

You can do it! Work through the pain! Popping an advil about an hour before class will help you get through it too. Sometimes, moving my muscles with cardio actually makes them feel better because they are a little warmer/looser. Not sure if that's true, but it may help you get through the workout!0

Worst case scenario - you may have to lower your intensity a bit but exercise helps with muscle soreness.0
