At the beginning it was cheddar cheese. I love the stuff. At the moment it's alcohol, I love cider and wine but I know I should be drinking vodka, lime and soda.

Cakes. They're just too calorific to be worth eating.

Pasta and bread. I'm not cutting it out completely, but I am doing MUCH smaller portions of whole wheat. I had no idea how small a portion of pasta was supposed to be, which sucks because I can eat nothing but pasta and bread morning, noon, and night.

Cheese and salt. Almost everything I eat is processed. Probably why I have been stalled for 6 months in losing any weight!

I love Doritos with sour cream and salsa... LOVE IT... but the calories... *weeping*

I have also taken a fondness to wine (sadly the sweet stuff is what I like), and bud light lime, oh and caesars...

I still give in from time to time, but now that I am trying to track my cals, I feel really guilty when I do. So, to be "better", I've been sticking with the wine or beer, and have put the doritos and dip aside... until I'm really stressed out and then it's GAME ON!

Diet Soda. I'll allow myself one per day - BUT only if I've had enough water for that day (at least 8 to 12 cups). I've been known to easily drop a 12 pack over the course of two days. :drinker:

Anything with sugar, such as chocolate, cookies, chocolate shortbread, granola squares and ice cream. They are major binge triggers for me, unfortunately, so I am debating just allowing them one day a week in moderation.

Booze. And pizza. In that order. I can resist ANYTHING else. Seriously.

Cheese and alcohol. Those are my favorite things after a bad day at work. :(
  • Beer, well decent beer anyway. This weekend I tried Molson 67, since it only has 67 calories... but actually 70 calories for a can, it was horrible.
Carbs too, but with MFP I find that I look at the calories on something and decide that it's just not worth it, and make myself a pot of tea instead.

Crisps *sigh* (chips to those on the other side of the Atlantic), especially Slightly Salted Kettle Chips :(
  • Chocolate. I believe in everything in moderation but sometimes working in a video store surrounded by snack good gets the better of me...
