I started my journey to health 60 long days ago. It has been an interesting couple of months with a lot of ups and downs but I have disposed of over 20 lbs of fat with 70+ more to go. I struggle continuosly with my ED but it IS getting easier every day! These are just face shots but the difference is astonishing to me. What do my MFP pals think? I am counting calories, and working out 4-5 days a week doing circuits and ab work. I trade off with Biggest Loser Chance Workout, home circuits that I pulled from pinterest and Wii Zumba. I was previously training for a 5k but a knee injury derailed that effort for a while. Hoping to start back up next week!

the pic on the left is from the december 2011. I was 235 lbs pic on the right was today, approx 213lbs (i don't weigh again until Fri)

Pictures are what keeps me going!! Those days when I don't want to do anything I will do a side by side from day one and it motivates me! Congrats on your loss!!
