BCAA

is it ok for women to take BCAA or is this for men only? sorry for ignorance on the subject. :smile:

    i was just doing some reading and bottles were very clear on not using if pregnant nursing or might become pregnant, just making sure this wasn't something "dangerous" for women. i'm not pregnant or planning to become so, but just unsure of the warnings i read. thanks for info.

    I think they put that warning on the labels of pretty much everything these days.

    But 9erbuff is right - most people don't really need the supplements, if they're eating well. Even as a vege, I manage ok without them.

    i was just reading on MFP about I.F. and it was recommended to have 10g before working out, just didn't really know much about it
