What is your low sugar chocolate replacement or treat? I always want something sweet/chocolaty after dinner and would love some ideas!

Would also love any info on low sugar hot chocolate brands! :-)

At the moment I've been enjoying:

Atkins Endulge Caramel Nut Chew Bars - AMAZING!! Taste like a snickers and only 1g of sugar!
Nu-Vit Carob Licorice Sticks - Kinda like a big licorice bullet, and only 4g of sugar!

1 c fruit of choice, 1/2 to 3/4 c skim milk (depending on the fruit you pick - i find raspberries for example always need 3/4c where strawberries and bananas do not), 3 or 4 ice cubes, 2 tbsp fat-free Greek yogurt, cocoa powder to taste (though I use 1/4 package sugar free fat free instant chocolate pudding mix). Throw it in a blender and you've got yourself a chocolate milkshake with good amounts of fibre and protein. The fruit is the only ingredient with sugar in it, and honestly if you're not a big fruit fan you could even just toss in 2 or 3 more ice cubes and go with plain chocolate. :drinker:

Im a mint chocolate chip ice cream lover. Sometimes I'll put 1/4 tsp mint extract in half a cup of greek yogurt and 1 tblsp chocolate chips. Not quite the same but still a yummy desert

And heres some recipe links. Something might catch your eye

3-2-1 Microwave Cake. You take 1 box Angel Food Cake and 1 box any flavor regular cake mix. You put both mixes in a zipper bag and mix well. Here is the 321 part:

You take 3 tbsp of the dry cake mixture, stir in 2 Tbsps Water in a small dish. Microwave for 1 minute. Result: Single serve sponge cake that is not only lower in sugar, but also very low in fat. Delish!!

I take a tablespoon of crunchy peanut butter, a teaspoon of smart balance and 2 tablespoons of sugar free chocolate chips and microwave in a small dish for about 20-30 seconds. Then I give it a good stir and mix in a packet of Splenda and about 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut. Then I make 3 drop cookies on a plate and put in the fridge until set. So good and hits the sweet spot. 82 calories a cookie

not sure if i'm just weird for liking it - other people have said they don't, but I love mixing plain cocoa powder in with some unsweetened 0% greek yogurt, then I add some cherries for the sweetness and maybe a little artificial sweetener...it's like a black forest cake! if i want some crunch in there i'll add in 1/4 cup of cheerios too, and sometimes some frozen blueberries.
