Does MFP weight loss projection include macros or what?

I have my calories set at 1400,

2 days ago I excersised and netted 1,234, had 645 of excersise 151 carb 50fat 64protein and it said after 5 weeks my weight loss would be 13 lbs less than I am now in 5 weeks.

Yesterday I worked out and had for the day 1,212 net with 450 excersise 200 carb 28 fat 51 protein. The total said I'd be 11 pounds lost from my current weight in 5 weeks

Today I haven't eaten all my calories yet so I'm still at 1114 calories for the day with 112/41/38 and am not going to work out today and I hit the "total" button just to see, and today it said I'd be 8 lbs down from my current weight in 5 weeks

Just wondering what does it take into account besides calories? If I "net" the same every day with or without workout, why is the projection different?

I'm not 100% sure, but I have noticed that on my exercise days, MFP tells me I will weigh less than on my rest days. So my first thought is it has to do with my exercise for the day. I may be wrong though!

Excellent question, I have no idea...can't think why anything but net would matter.
