Hello to everyone out there..... I am new to this site and wondering how things work and how much success people have had with it. I started a new diet and workout program in January after finding out that my life was not what or where I thought that it was, I found out in one day that 2 of my children did not want me around and that my husband wanted to get a divorce if I dont change some things, that was fine I knew that some things needed to be changed, I knew that I was loosing touch with my kids and that the stress of things not being good between my husband and I was taking its toll on the whole family. and that my weight gain was not helping any of it, I was moody and unhappy with myself and the way things were going.
That all being said I got my butt in greer fixed the problems with my kids and have slowly fixed the problems that were causing everyone to be unhappy. I also started to diet and workout everyday. to date I have lost a total of 16 pounds and 8.75 inches (overall my body). Pretty proud of the progress that I have made right now I am 9 pounds from having a normal BMI but still 30 pounds from my goal weight. when I started it seemed like mission impossible! but now that I see that light at the end of the tunnel I feel less helpless and much more hopeful. Thanks for Reading my story. I would appreciate any ideas to help me on my journey.
