Hi new to MFP

Hi, Im new here. Before joining MFP I was able to go from 249 to 188lbs. My next goal is get to 170 (healthy BMI for me). My final goal is 140-150lbs (which is a good weight for me being 5'10"). My husband and I have been try to get pregnant since 2007 and I hope that by losing weight will help me to become a mom.

I've been eating healthier, less junk food, and watching my calories. For exercise, I bike on a statonary bike for 30 minutes and walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes at somewhere between 3.5 and 4.0 five to seven days a week. In addition three to four times a week, I swim laps for 20 minutes.

    Wow! You have done great. We too are trying to get pregnant and that is one reason I joined MFP. Best wishes!

    Great job!
    I commend anyone who can incorporate swimming into their exercise regimen. I learned to swim at a young age and have hated it ever since. lol
