desperately seeking motivation buddies :)

Wanted:

Someone to motivate, hound, nag and encourage me to stick with the program, eat better and get up and move. In return I promised to do the same. :)

I'm a 37 yr old single lady in the Atlanta area. Would love to find some new friends on here to make this process as fun as possible.

    Thanks everyone! I'm just getting started, so goals this week are:

    1) track EVERYTHING I put in my mouth
    2) pack my lunches for work
    3) start walking
    4) water water water

    Where are you in your journey? Any tips or advice for week 1?

    This really is a great program. My daughter, who is just a couple years younger than you, got me started and I love it. It really helps me not to eat stuff I shouldn't when I know I will have to put in in my food diary!! I have lost 3 lbs in the last 15 days and while that is not a huge amount, I think it is better to lose it slowly! Good Luck! :smile:
