Diary of a Compulsive Overeater - Day 18

so yesterday went ok, i'm really tired because i am training for a half marathon, but i seem to be doing well so far. i had a couple cheats, but i didn't binge, and i exercised in the evening, so here is how it all broke down:

breakfast:
1 cup oatmeal
1 banana
22 almonda

snack:
10 baked chips
little bit of salsa
mini carrots
22 almonds
small yogurt

lunch:
1 cup rice
1.5 cups beef and veggies stir fry
2 pieces of sushi
2 chocolate truffles

snack:
2 donuts (in know i know)
1 large tim hortons sandwich, BTL with cheddar
2/3 can pepsi

supper:
300g of steak
1 cup of rice
little bit of mushroom sauce

so ya, yesterday was not great, but for supper i stopped when i was full and left behind a good cup and a half of rice with sauce. i went to the doctor to get blood drawn, and was feeling week after, so i had a snack, which turned into a full meal... but it was at 3pm and by the time 7pm cam around i was starving. not the best day, but not the worst either. i also walked 25 minutes at a moderate pace and 33 minutes at a stroll pace in the evening. here is the plan for today:

breakfast:
1 cup oatmeal
1 banana

snack:
1 yogurt
22 almonds
mini carrots

lunch:
1 tossed salad with tomatoes and cukes and 2 TBSP homemade olive oil dressing
1 avacado
2/3 cup mashed potatoes
4oz pork loin
little bit red pepper

snack:
1 orange
cucumber slices

supper:
steak, rice and gravy

exercise goals for today:
walking 12k, in the rain Yippee!

i'm not too concerned about having the nice steak dinner tongiht, considering i will be adding over 1300 execise calories today.

personal goals today:
be happy
enjoy training for the marathon
enjoy the food i eat today, don't just eat for eating's sake

here to to today. boy am i gonna be sore tomorrow lol.

    woohoo good job. you're making progress =)))
    but throw those donuts out!!! replace with whole-wheat english muffin & sugar-free jam please!
