    I'd get more protein in your diet. Try peanut butter on your toast in the morning, our a glass of almond milk. You can also try adding turkey or chicken to your salads, or top them with soy nuts.

    I second the almond milk. Also switching whole milk to 2% and the beef to leaner cuts. Keep up the water volume and the food logging. Congratulations on you progress so far and best of luck to your journey to a healthier you!

    I agree with the protein, eggs, peanut butter, cottage cheese, string cheese wrapped in a slice of deli meat or throw meat on your salad. Also more fiber maybe like beans, mission carb balance tortillas to make your own tacos, more veggies, sweet potatoes (yummy with cinnamon sprinkled on top), pears.

    A few more calories to top off your day. Crackers and hummus, 70% or more dark chocolate, protein bar would get you in a good calorie range.

    You eat almost no fruit (except for 2 pieces 3 days ago) and you don't eat back your exercise calories.

    I agree with all the above.... definitely need to ingest more calories.
