Trying to lose it in Canada

Hey everybody,

I am new here and looking for buddies to motivate me and keep me on track!

Doing Body Revolution, some yoga and trying to keep track of my calories... wanna lose around 20lbs by Labour day and get down to 170-160 by Christmas.

    Good luck with your efforts, you sound like you have a great plan ! I love yoga and it has sure proven to help me out in the past for shedding some unwanted weight

    when I lived in Calgary I loved going to the YMCA by the river. Its the best Ive ever been a part of, and Ive lived in lots of different places....Cow town also has the highest hotties per capita of all towns i have lived. what is it with that place!?

    I'm from Toronto and looking for friends and support too!!!

    I starting working out this week, but my exercise has consisted entirely of cardio and weights. I guess I should look into adding some yoga into the mix. Did it a few years back and didn't like it much, but I think it is time to give it another chance. :)
