    Beef is (usually) red; pork is usually pink. Chicken (white meat>breast) is tan and the fat is in streaks around edges of muscles rather than as marbling.

    What you have is pork; looks like loin chops as someone said previously.

    There might be some sort of label on it that determines what grade it is. If it's 1, 2, 3, 4, or utility, then it's pork (which seems to be the popular answer).

    porkerhouse (the sirloin cut on pork). I work at a butcher, it looks pretty familiar to me.

    do a google image search on "pork sirloin steak", looks close to me. it'll be tougher than pork loin chops, and not as flavourful, so don't overcook it.

    It actually looks a bit to red for pork, and looks more like boneless bacon loin chops (same animal i know)
    Pork is paler in colour, and bacon darker due to curing
