yesterday morning as usual i stepped on my scale and to my amazement dropped .6lbs. this morning i stepped on my scale as usual and it read i had dropped another .4lbs. stunned, i stepped on and off at least a half dozen times thinking something was wrong. happy with the reading but still a little baffled i took my morning shower and before i got dressed again i got back on the scale to which it read my same weight as yesterday.
ummm.... did i gain .4lbs while in the shower? or is there something wrong with my scale? i make sure to put my feet in the same spot each time and my weighing routine is the same each morning.

Was your hair still wet? That isn't a very big fluctuation. I wouldn't stress over it.
I did this once with my old scale. I stepped on, then decided to weight my cat and step on again, but the number ways way too low (my cat is fat). So I put the cat down, and stepped on, and it was down 3 lb. I literally threw out the scale.0 -
if i'm down .4lbs then it pushes me to 3lbs lost. HA!!!! hair was still wet soaking wet actually i hadn't dried it off yet. i was more shocked that i was down .4lbs from yesterday than anything else especially since i was down .6lbs at yesterday's weigh in.0
