Eating Out for Lunch..Any Suggestions?

I'm taking a co-worker to lunch today... I'm not really sure where to go/what to get...any suggestions or ideas?!

    I had to take a co-worker to lunch yesterday and decided myself where to go. Ended up going to Ruby's Diner and got the lo-cal chinese chicken salad 390 calories with fat free sesame dressing, it was delicious and filled me up.

    I guess it all depends on where u are located. Try to avoid burger spots with fries. Maybe someplace with soups, salads and sandwiches? Do not go to Olive Garden...bad idea if your on a diet. :)

    That sounds good! Not sure if there is a Ruby's diner near me (San Diego) but I know Applebee's has a Chinese Chicken Salad..I'll check out their nutrition menu. Thanks girl :bigsmile:

    If anyone has a ChickeNest near them..their grilled chicken plate is awesome!
