I'm stuck at a plateau...any advice girls?
I've also just hit a plateau, I'm going to try and increase my calories (as I've been told this can help). I'm also trying to switch up my calorie distribution throughout the day - more calories in the morning/lunchtime and less for dinner/evening snacks.
I'm part of the 'short girls challenge' too so feel free to add me as a friend if you're looking for more support!

Hey there!
Not sure what the different code words mean
but...
i am 5 foot 3, and weigh roughly 15 stone 8 (i sem to fluctuate between 15 stone 10 ans 15 stone 6 day to day!)
Last year i weighed 17 stone 12, and during that year i lost 2 stone 10, taking me down to 15 stone 2
However, since then i fell by the wayside and got into bad habits, got lazy etc., all because i had a week i didn't lose.....!
So...back on healthy eating now, would like to go down to 12 stone 7, see what that's like (never been slim!) but just see how i go really, just know i need to lose weight, and get fitter. Would like to be a clothes size 14 or 16, not sure yet. Used this since Friday and it seems to be really good, if it is accurate as i am doing well, and i do well because i know i have to put it on here! So there go good luck to all you girls! x0 -

I lost about 6lbs in total using MFP but for some reason I stopped counting calories even though it was working. I guess I got lazy, but I don't want to get lazy this time! I deleted my old account and it's time to start over!

Not sure what the different code words mean
I'm assuming HW = highest weight, SW = starting, CW = current, GW = goal and perhaps UGW = ultimate goal weight. I'm not completely sure. I'm new here also. I was pretty pleased with myself when I figured out that NSV = non-scale victory.
I'm 5'2.5"
HW/SW = 177 lbs
CW = 169 lbs
GW = 123 lbs (maybe? I picked that because MFP wants you to pick SOMETHING; 1-2-3 is a fun number and just over the midpoint of what seems to be the healthy range for my height. I figure I'll know my goal weight when I find it.)
