Dreaded belly pics are back! not for the squeamish ;)

Way back when, at 10lbs down, I posted some belly pics because I was amazed at the difference. I've now been kickin rear for 60 days and as of this morning am officially down 25 lbs. Don't mind the stretch marks and I obviously have a long ways to go yet. BUT, I do a happy pants dance every time I put new progress pics together! Take a look at my blogs for my whole story and feel free to add me! I eat clean 90-95% of the time. Fresh fruits, and veggies, lean poultry and fish and very little red meat, I have cut out sugar and refined flour. If I must have a tortilla or pita it's whole wheat. Circuit training 30-45min a day and regular ab work. I add light weights in with my circuits. And wala! It really works!!

    Fantastic! If such a difference can be seen every 10lbs, imagine how much smaller it will be when you reach your ultimate goal!
