So my friend showed me her fitbit yesterday.....and how the fitbit website logs things........and it looks really cool.....but gosh $100 seems so much to pay................those who have one............is it worth it, now that you have it and have tried it? Has anyone lost one? Does it slip off easy??

Hi, I have a fitbit and I love it. I have found myself walking alot more to beat my prior weeks steps. I love that it syncs with MFP. I don't even go on fitbits sight unless it is to check my weekly steps or to update my weight so that it gives me proper calories burned. I have never lost mine and I have had it since February. It stays on tight and also comes with another clip for pants that have a thick waist (elasticy sweatpants). I did read on the Fitbit site once that someone had lost it, so they went into their account and changed their name to their phone #. This allowed their # to show up on their fitbit so if anyone found it they could call the number to return it to the owner. Personally I LOVE IT! Hope this helps you make your decision, let me know if you have anymore questions.

I LOVE my fitbit. I definitely walk a lot more now that I can see how many steps I earn and try to beat my previous days "record." I used saved up birthday money back when I got mine and I don't regret getting one at all.

I bought mine at best buy. I scoped the internet for coupon and used it to buy the fitbit, saved me 20%. Then again I also did that with my HRM. Cheap-O over here!

  • I love my Fitbit! Mine does a good job of staying where I put it, but if I lost it, I'd have to replace it, it's been a valuable asset in assisting with my lifestyle change and MFP success.

That says a lot right there...that you like it so much that you'd replace it. Thanks!
  • Today is my first day using the Fitbit...I am amazed by its features and simplicity! I think it's going to be addicting to be healthy judging by the looks of it :D
