Hi guys. I am a single mom who works, takes care of my child as well as my sisters 7 children on a regular basis. On top of the household duties, I also volunteer for several different things. My question is, does anyone have any suggestions of quick exercises to start me out with? Like the basics? I have not worked out a day in my life!! lol... I have tried to look around on internet, but there is so much info, from different sources, it's like who do you trust, and what actually works, etc?? Help?? How many situps, pullups, jumping jacks, etc. should I do?? LOL. I am COMPLETELY clueless...
Thanks!
Thanks!

If you have a half hour to spare, workout videos are great and can be done while a child on your watch is sleeping (I'm not sure what age yours is).
Sometimes you just have to make it happen. Skip out on volunteering one day or skip doing the dishes and you'll find some time.0 -
Anything you can/will do regularly "works" - just start moving.
I use Leslie Sansone Walk at Home (for cardio) .... here's a clip http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PnsfbneFQ_8&feature=related
You just do as much as you have time for (DVDs are at Target, KMart, etc).
This site has lots of ideas depending upon what equipment (if any) you have

All of the above and with all those kids, go out and play with them! Working out does not have to be structured. Ride bike with them if you can, take them to the park and play ball....0
