This is me at my heaviest Feb of 2011...

This is me at 54 lbs down in Nov 2011...

This is me down 90lbs since starting here and 103 lbs from my heaviest...
These pictures were taken at my friend's son's 2nd birthday party a week ago.

I am feeling amazing and not afraid to wear tank tops this summer for the first time since I was in elementary school. :D

    Thank you all so much. :D I am very proud of myself and its been hard. The worst is the extra skin but that too is diminishing slowly :D

    GREAT PROGRESS! keep it up :):) strength training will help tighten up your skin, a MFP friend of mine has lost 120 lbs so far and she strength trains like a fiend to tighten up her extra skin without surgery, and it seems to be working :) slow and steady!
