Hi my name is Amy and I'm new to this I was wondering how to work it. I'm trying to put down my workout and its not excepting it at all. I'm putting the name of my workout video nothing I tried what I was doing ( ie upper body training even saying lunges) nothing. Any suggestions so I'll know what I'm burning.

Im Curtis. Well i beleive you have to calculate it into Cardio cuase it doesnt give me any amount for strength training either. if you cant find it, create it

i'm glad to know I am not the only one that was having trouble putting in strength training. I did a DVD using a resistance bad. hope you figure it out. I ended up creating it.0
