Net Calorie Help

I've been using MFP going on 2 weeks now and I'm beginning to see little changes, so that's good but my question is, what should my net calories be? My calories are 2490 and I exercise 3x @ 30 mins (sometimes its less than the 30 mins because I'm very heavy and its just too much at times). Is around 1200 ideal or too high/low?
Any help or advice is appreciated. Thanks!

Are you eating 2490 a day?0

where it says goal calories - that's your net. You input food and exercise and it lets your know in green how much you have left.0

I would say your weight x 10 should be what you can have in a day. I would drop it down to maybe 300 to 500 calories from that, and if it's a work out day increase your intake to help balance out what you burned off.0
