So, um... hi. I just joined today and I'm hoping to make some new friends.
My goal here is to lose at least 50lbs and drop at least 4 pant sizes.
So far, my workout routine seems pretty weak:
crunches
reverse crunches
kneeling lifts
a few rounds on Just Dance
And... well, that's it. Hi!
