I weigh myself multiple times a day...I like to know how my body fluctuates. I don't think it's a big deal unless you let it affect your mood.0

I've been there - it takes control of your life just like any other addiction. I broke my addiction by keeping track of how many times a day and how many days until I got it down to once a week - if it's 10 times today, it's 9 tomorrow, and when you get down to 1 time per day, work on 6 days a week, 5 days, etc. You need to do everything you can to control it now, because it WILL consume you.0

I had the same problem the last time I lost weight. It's not been so bad this time only because my scale's batteries are running low. I just try not to pay attention to it anymore. Good luck with it, it was difficult.0

I was the same way until I dedicated myself to weighing myself only once a week on Saturday mornings. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!! I'm SO much happier not thinking about it. I'm an emotional eater, so if I worry about the scale, I eat.
HIDE IT!!! Mine if under my bathroom cabinet. Dedicate yourself to weighing yourself just once a week and check in. You'll feel better!0 -
Hey! I had this problem a while back. For me, I think it was because everything else in my life was going crazy, and my weight was one thing I could measure and get a specific number. It was comforting somehow. When things got less crazy, I didn't feel so compelled to weigh myself constantly. I continue to weigh myself every day, though.
I don't know if your situation is similar to mine at all, but I would suggest looking at other things in your life and figuring out if there is a reason behind it. However, like someone else said, it's not really a problem unless it is affecting your mood. Are you attaching emotion to the scale?0
