After a full year of putting it off I decided to start trying to get into shape, the way I was before pregnancy. I am 18 and could use any tips or motivation. I would welcome ANYONE to be my friend on here, to talk to or ANYTHING! It would greatly help me keep on track. For me the first day is always the easiest. But, I would love to lose all this extra weight from pregnancy and laziness (30 Lbs.)

My son just turned 13 months. I gained 80 lbs during pregnancy, and with a heck of a lot of determination and sacrifices, I've managed to lose it all. I know how tough it is taking off the baby weight (and how easy it was to put it on.. Hehe) good luck, you can do it!!!0

if you have a stroller and a place to walk, then take daily walks with your baby. That will get him or her out in the fresh air and get you moving.
Are you breast feeding? That burns quite a few calories. If your baby is past that stage, chasing him or her around does burn some calories
Try to lower your carb intake and up your protein, and make sure you get your vitamins. I know how tired you get with a baby around. My eldest is 6 (and autistic) and my youngest is 2. They can run you ragged, and you just don't feel like doing anything after they finally get to sleep. But you gotta do something for YOU because you are definitely worth it, and besides, a healthy mommy is a happy mommy and that makes a happy baby0
