So could someone help me out here? I'm trying to figure out my % body fat, but I've gone to about 6 different ones, and I've gotten about 4 different answers ranging from 11% to 18% to 29%. Does anyone know of one that I could use, or which sounds more correct?

I'm a member at LA Fitness, and they have a little hand-held device that measures body fat %. Maybe one of your local gyms do the same? Call around and ask.0

If you google army body fat calculator and get the one from the website 550cord.com that is pretty much the one the army has used for about 100 years. There are more accurate ones, but without an actual nutritionist or trainer, then it's the most consistent0

I know there are scales that measure % of body fat. I think weight watchers makes one, I think I saw it at Walmart. I also saw one online on fitbit.com I think it works by stepping on the scale barefoot. Hope that helps0

Get some calipers. I think those will b more accurate than the online calculators.0
