Low motivation today

I wound up working late and didn't get home until 8:30. Picked up our weekly pizza on the way home, and I was quite hungry, so I ate as soon as I got back to the house. Getting home so late, I missed my normal exercise time (usually right after work and before dinner), and I can't find any motivation to do it now, especially since I already have a full belly. Without the exercise calories, I'm about 122 calories over my goal for the day. I can't really even work up the energy to be worried about it.

122 calories isn't awful, so I wouldn't fret about it too much as long as it's not a daily occurrence. I went over my goal today as well, but it's only once a week that I do this...other days I have a surplus of ~200 calories, so I feel like I can have at least one day to give a little. It's kind of like my 'rest' day from strict eating...but I stay on it the rest of the week.0

I also ate dinner before doing any exercise tonight. I didn't eat bad, but I kinda ate a lot, and now I have that full feeling too. Good thing it's only 7:35 here.
Maybe do some low intensity exercises. Stretch, pop in a yoga video, do crunches. Even if you just do like 10 squats, 10 lunges (each leg), 20 crunches, 5 push ups. Then do that like 2 or 3 times. It's not SUPER exhausting or anything, but it's SOMETHING. You can do that in just a few minutes right before bed.

Don't beat yourself up about it. It's hard to plan those things all the time, but for an 'oops' you didn't do bad at all. What if you worked out a little more tomorrow?0

If you're set at a 500 cal deficit then you are still at a 378 calorie deficit so you won't gain.0
