Ever since I started this journey I have lost almost all of my boobs, I am so insecure about this, Is there any type of cream I could use to make them bigger or maby some type of exercise, I am happy about my weight lost but I don't have my fun bags anymore.

dude... i totally have this. it's awful. LOL

to the OP, i used to be VERY uncomfortable with how small mine had gotten. i used to be a DD and now i'm a C at best. slowly i started to just accept it and love my body. no more padded pushup bras from victorias secret for me. yes, they're much smaller, but i'd rather have smaller boobs than have huge ones and be as over weight as i was.

    ^lol

You can get them back for about $5k. I know a good doctor if you need a referral. What's wrong with a B anyway?
  • I love my boobiiessss...but just like yours mine went away lol. So now I have a nice little B -- a C when I go to VS :) and yes I still love victorias secret lol

I wish I could give you some of mine!!! LOL No seriously, I've always had large boobs. I'm a DD44 at current. So my girls have been that way since I was - get ready for this - 10!!! I jumped from a B to a D cup over the summer that year, skipped the C cup completely!!! :noway: No kidding on that either. By 13 I was in a DD size bra and that's where I've been since. I'd kill to be in a C cupper, do you know how hard it is to get a bra in my size? When I lose enough weight and my boobs are still a DD after all that weight loss, I'm getting a boob reduction, I don't care!!! Of course, I might be happy with the size of the puppies after that, who knows? It's too far into the future right now. My suggestion for getting your rack back? Dumbbells, no heavier than 10 pounds, and some other weight training exercises with the help of a trainer. That and protein, protein, protein!!! It'll help you build up the muscle that you need to develop that bust!!! Just a suggestion of course.

The boobie Gods have taken mine as well. :grumble:
I usually refer to mine as empty balloons though.

I somehow went *up* a cup size after taking up pole dancing. Try it. You use so much upper body muscle, as your pects and shoulders get bigger... well, it pushes everything out!

Things like chest fly/chest press/push-ups give us cleavage, shoulder press type stuff gives us lift.

If you're in Canada, Herbal Magic has "Formula 36C", it's a hormone supplement that makes your body think you've just hit puberty again... makes the girls grow. Probably not back to your old size, but they DO firm up. I have friends that swear by the stuff.

SIDE EFFECTS MY FRIENDS SUFFERED: Acne, increased TOM cramps, heavier flow, mood swings, sleepiness.... basically, they started acting like b!tchy pre-teens again. Oh... & a month's supply is about $50, & when you get to the size you want, "maintenance mode" is to stop taking it for six months, take it for a month, then stop for six months.... etc... for the REST of your life.

Sounds FUN (like four-letter-word) doesn't it?

No thanks... I'll just take my Implants after I have kids, thanks... Courtesy of our lovely Free Health Care up here in Canada. Did you know, that if your family has had a history of breast-cancer related deaths (like mine) you can have genetic screening to see if you have the cancer gene for free? (Increase your life insurance coverage BEFORE you take the test, or you'll never get another policy if you come back positive!) AND if your results come back ANYTHING other than "Negative" (like my sister's "Negative with Unknown Variance", The Canadian Health Care system will pay for a double radical mastectomy followed by implants (of your size choice) because this preventative measure is cheaper on the Health Care system than Cancer treatment?

SOLD. I'm in... sign me up! Wait... I have to have had my babies first... damn.

They're gone. The only way to get them back is implants or get fat again.

Oh how true! But when you are small to begin with (B cup), losing 20 lbs. makes them even smaller...I am sure I am not a true B anymore and if I were to go bra shopping I would end in up an A!

And yes, my nice push-up bra rarely comes off as well!

Ohhhh I feel your pain. That is where I fear I'm going. Of course my shirts will never pull the buttons tight across the bustline again though.

When I first read this my mind went to every Judy Blume book I read as a young girl... You know the one where they chant "I must I must increase my bust" while doing the flexing exercises... sorry

I've lost 4.5" in the bust in 8 weeks!!! DD was too big and I'm hoping to land in C land when all is lost, said and done. I was a C years ago when my weight was down. But I agree with pec exercises and VS bras.
You could always go to a store like JoAnn's and buy those 'chicken cutlets' to put down into your bra... And I don't think there is an enhancement cream or men would have been all over it...

I went from a C to a B, not such a big jump, but they're still smaller. Honestly, I don't mind. I'd rather b fit with small boobs than be fat with big boobs any day.
