hello MFp..long time no here from its been a while I know...Well anywho Im doing well..Im loosing weight again..I hit a plateau hard since , I havent been on MFP in a while...I have like 27lbs to go I think...I miss you guys..I hope all is well..Im using the public library...So I hope to hear from all of you...For those who have fb,myspace please be sure to go to my page and add me,Because Im sure to check on my phone so I can log in on mobile...Well take care miss you guys alot!!!!:wink::cry: :flowerforyou:

    Hi Shanta! glad to know you're still out there. I heard a pastor say that when you are at the end of your rope, hang on! Somedays that's all we can do. Hoping your days are full of peace and joy. and let me tell you that does not have to mean happy, giddy. We are in the week of Thanksgiving, being thankful for what we have can bring us to peace and joy. Right now I'm thankful that that you popped in to let us know you're ok, I'm a mom so I worry.
