My TDEE is around 2700 and my BMR is around 1500..right now I'm eating around 1400 plus some of my exercise calories back. Will I see better results if I eat more calories? So confused.....

How long have you been dieting and have you made progress? If so, How much?

Looked over your Food Dairy a little. Had to go back to the 25th before I could find one that looked complete. Then the week before that even looks spotty at best.

The only way MFP works is if you log it all. If those are complete days and you are only eating 500-600 Calories a Day. Yes you need more.

If your days are more like the 25th. I would suggest lowering yout Carbs and Raising your Protein. Drop Carbs down to 75-100 Max and Protein up to 125g. Leave your Calories at 1400 for now. See how that goes. You need to stay on a Diet for a few weeks to see if the change work. It's not a race. So take your time. You can adjust if need be.

Better yet. Looking at your exercise log. You stat your burning on many days 600-800 Calories... Are you really running 12miles a day a few days a week? If so I'd suggest.. eating 1600 Calories, 125-140 Carbs and 125g of Protein Daily.. Without eating back any Exercise Calories.

I've been doing it for a little over a month now..I don't always hit the complete button at the end of the day but I always log everything I eat....and I'm always under my calories with my exercise calories added in. I've lost abut 15 lbs.....but I'm not seeing a big change in inches..

Many of your days only show 300 Calories for the day. Thats 1100 Caloires under your Goal.

When you start seeing a difference. It's b/c your changing your Shape and building a new Look... Which takes a good healthy, High Protein Diet along with Weight Training or some sort of Resistance training.

If your dropping 15lbs, but can't really tell. You not re-shaping your body...

Build a good base to work off of. It's the best surefire way to cont. to lose weight. Muscle burns fat. But you need Caloires and Protein. And looking at your Dairy. Your not getting much of either.

Ive just looked at your diary for about a week and you are not eating 1400 at all, some days your lucky if you eat 400 and your exercising on top of that, you will make yourself ill doing that.If your profile pic is your current weight, you do not need to lose weight at all.

Me Personally I don't count it has Strength training. I count it more as a Cardio / Endurance Training. The bad thing about DVD's like Tapout, p90x, TurboFire and so on. Is it's to easy to slack off. I'd cont. doing the Tapout, maybe try and push your self hard during that. But try weight training 3x a week.

You need to stress the Muscle. If you don't stress the muscles enough. Your not giving them a reason to grow. The catch is if your Stress your muscles and break them down. You need to eat right. So you can repair them to grow. If your not doing both you will stay pertty much the same. One can't be done without the other.

Also you can take a look at my food dairy. It's not perfect, but should give you some idea's.

Why are you eating less than 1000 calories per day?

I'm not eating less the 1000 calories a day...I eat atleast 1400...I don't hit the complete button every day....that's why my diary isn't consistent...I don't starve myself. I eat 5-6 times a day.

Okay..I just looked back at my diary...I changed my settings this morning so it's all off...somedaysI dont log my supper because Im not sure how to log it. I DO eat my calories for the day..sorry for the confusion everyone. I'm not one for starving myself even though that's what my diary is showing. I'm always eating...Healthy that is.

Just read up and follow the MFP recommendations; eat lean meats, low fat dairy, whole grains, nuts, fruits and veggies.
    Simple!

    http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/10589-for-those-confused-or-questioning-eating-your-exercise-calo
    Learn all you can.
Track your diet and exercises - again simple.
You can lose weight faster, but what kind of weight will it be? Cutting weight too fast eats into muscle which lowers metabolism. Not good!
    Again, just follow MFP recommendations.
You will do fine - ALL IS POSSIBLE
