    Congratulations Gemma, way to go. 1.5 lbs/ week for 1.5 years. Way to set a good reasonable pace.
    Be sure to point that out to all the folks you'll be supporting who complain that they ONLY lost 20 lbs in a month.

    It is so difficult to keep it going for a long haul if you have unreasonable expectations. You've done a great job

    You started out about the same weight I was at (I was 287) and are now at the weight I want to be at (160-165) and the same height!! If your story isn't motivation, I don't know what is!! I'm going to add you, maybe you can help keep me motivated :)
