Will you stop logging when you reach your goal(s)?

The healthiest people I know don't log their calories or workouts. They live healthy lifestyles that balance nutrition and exercise. Do you feel that you will ever be in that place where you can stop logging? If you reach your goals and maintain that level of fitness, is that the indicator?

I am 53 years old, and I just have to log. but I think everyone is different. I also have to log to make sure I am getting my nutrition balanced correctly and drinking enough water. Mainly because I eat anywhere from 1/3 to all my meals out in any given week due to business. It doesn't bother anymore because I like the results.0

Yes. been doing this for almost a year..and pretty much have a good idea what I need food wise in a day. The only time I will start logging again after I get to my goal is if the weight starts to go up and I need to give myself a reality check of my food intake.
So I don't think you will ever stop logging...you'll just take breaks from it after you reach your goal0 -
I'll keep on logging just because it's way to easy for me to overeat without realize it.0
