One Month of dedication is paying off

Gooood Morning all from a sunny but chilly Morning in Cape Town, South Africa!
So this morning I did I measurements for the first time since I started MFP and Gyming regularly a month ago and while I am aware that I have lost some weight and cm's I was fully aware of how well I have done! I super proud of myself and am going to make sure the next month is as successful! I know that i can do this, and I am going to!
I set a goal of 3kg / month to loose! Here are my results
25 MAY 2012 28 JUNE 2012
WEIGHT 103kg 97.4 kg
WAIST 103cm 89cm
BUST 121cm 115cm
ABS 121cm 116cm
HIPS 121cm 114cm
THIGHS 77cm 72cm
ARMS 32.5cm 32cm
I have lost a total of 37.5cm!!!! OMG! I am over the moon excited and chuffed with myself! Thank you for everyones support and encouragment on this site! Hope you all have an amazing day! xxxx

Thank you! I am so chuffed!
Gym, i have only being doing cardio, I cycle(10 - 17km) and crosstrain( 2 - 6km) on the eleptical trainer, some times i row too but its not my favorite!
5 days a week
from this week I am adding zumba 1 - 2 times a week its so much fun and works different muscle groups, i can feel it! LOL!!!
From next month I am going to add strength training as I need to loose lots more! I am very excited and I am training for a Big challenge in October 12km Obstacle course!0 -

I am going to start strength training as off next week to tone and especially bring my arms down in CM! I feeling Good! Thank you all of you! I still have a way to go! Will get there with time!0
