    I listened to the majority of members here who say "Start Lifting!"

    That's the only main difference in my routine. Not bad considering this time last year I was around 250lbs :)

    Been doing cardio three times a week( running, power walking). Since march I've added some weight training twice a week and I have also been doing aero pilates daily for the last 12 months
