Looking for low carb breakfast ideas

I am looking for simple low carb breakfast ideas....I really have to watch my egg consumption because too many give me a headach so I am looking for egg free ideas...Im bad for eating the SAME thing day after day, dont get me wrong I dont mind, but I would like to have some alternatives that are simple and work within my eating plan.. Thanks

Kashi is also full of GMO grains. SMH, grains are not the end all and be all and the less of them we eat, the better off we really are.
To the OP: can you eat left overs from the night before? Breakfast doesn't have to "traditional" foods like eggs or bacon....
It can be whatever you want it to be.
Greek yogurt is good with berries and raw honey mixed in.
Left overs from previous night (meat and veggies)

...if you're like me, you're sick of eggs and bacon. i have resorted to eating tuna and pickles for breakfast lol0 -

I second the not typical breakfast for breakfast. Have something u eat for lunch or dinner. As long as you eat and healthy.... Fruit salad is very yummy and gives you energy to start your day....0

Sometimes I just have a protein shake. I like the Dymatize ISO-100 Hydrolized Whey. It's 106 calories and has like 1 carb and no fat. 1 scoop with 8-12 oz of water or milk, shake and go. Yogurts, fruit, cottage cheese. Have you ever had egg substitute? IDK if that will affect you the same as regular eggs or not.0
