For the last 2 months i have been very dedicated. Working out, eating within my goals, getting enough sleep, chugging water like its my job, so when i stepped on the scale this morning to find i had only lost half a pound this week, i almost lost it. HALF A POUND. Its not like i am nearing the end of my journey and it should be coming off more slowly. In the midst of my near meltdown, my husband suggested i take my measurements. He had convinced me to take them 2 weeks ago. To my surprise there was a change. Make sure you are taking your measurements, especially If your scale isn't moving! I attribute this to the biggest winner-jillian michaels DVDs and c25k! Hopefully it continues

That's awesome, and great advice. I won't lie, I still like to see the scale go down, but keeping track of my measurements with every weigh-in really helps me keep perspective.

From my highest known numbers, I've lost only 14.4 lbs :grumble: but also 10.5 inches from my waist, hips, chest, arms, thighs, etc.

And the curve is getting steeper as I focus and exert a little willpower!
